Q: Where is the Spring Conference being held?
A: The conference is hosted at the California State University Maritime Academy at 200 Maritime Academy Dr, Vallejo, CA 94590.

Q: Where will the Friday Night Showcase be held?
A: The Friday Night Showcase will take place on Friday May 4th at the California State University Maritime Academy . The intimate dinner features our Keynote speaker, Eldonna Lewis Fernandez.Tentative agenda:

Mixer: 6:00pm
Dinner: 6:30pm
Friday Night Showcase Presentation: 7:30pm

Q: When is the Spring Conference?
A: The Friday Night Showcase is the evening of Friday May 4th from 6-9pm. The Conference begins the morning of Saturday May 5th.

Q: How can I register?
A: Please register here using Eventbrite. Contact the registration team at conference@d57tm.org for any assistance.

Q: How much does it cost to attend?
A: General Admission is $100*. You have the opportunity to save by taking advantage of the $90* Early Bird special until March 5th.
*Eventrite registration fee’s not included.

Q: Are you looking for volunteers?
A: Absolutely! Contact Wing Lok, our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@d57tm.org or fill in our Volunteer form to get involved outside of your club.

Q: Are there accommodations available to sleep overnight at the California State University Maritime Academy?
A: The California State University Maritime Academy and District 57 Toastmasters does not offer any lodging on-site. Please visit https://www.csum.edu/web/conference-services/local-hotel-accommodations for a list of nearby accommodations which you can book yourself.

A: The Standard Conference Pass is $95. You have the opportunity to save by taking advantage of the $85 Early Bird Special until October 9. The Friday Night Showcase is $40.

A: Yes, you can stay overnight at the San Ramon Conference Center for $89 + taxes per night on Friday and/or Saturday. You can book your lodging by calling the Conference Center directly at 925-866-7500.
