Pizza Party Prize
Does your club like pizza? Does your club like to celebrate? Learn below how you can do both – on us.
Here’s the scoop:
- If your club was not Distinguished by April 20, but now is Distinguished (epic accomplishment), you just earned a Pizza Party Prize up to $50 for your club
- If your club was already Distinguished (congrats) by April 20, and you add 4 new members (super congrats), you’ve just earned a Pizza Party Prize up to $50.
Discover here if you’ve already earned a pizza party or what you need to do to earn one by having FUN, GROWING your club and being RECOGNIZED. *** Pizza parties (or the food/beverages of your choice) must be earned and take place by June 30, 2019. To get reimbursed, send receipts, photos of your celebration, and address to mail the check to awards@d57tm.org within 48 hours of your pizza party ***
District-Wide Open House Month Incentive
Join all the clubs in our District and run an open house from May 1 to May 30, inviting former members and new guests to have an EPIC experience at your club. Get reimbursed up to $50 for food, beverages, flyers, raffles for guests, prizes for the member who brings the most guests and other appropriate open house expenses without dipping into your club’s bank account.
To qualify for reimbursement sign up for Open House Month here and be prepared to submit:
- An open house flyer
- Meeting agenda
- Copy of the guest sign-in sheet
- Receipts
- Address to mail the reimbursement check
Please submit receipts, documentation and the address to openhouse@d57tm.org with the subject line, Open House Month Incentive before June 21, 2019.
Not sure what qualifies as an open house? Here’s a short definition and purpose of a Toastmasters Club Open House:
Definition:
- An event that is planned, organized, promoted and hosted by a Toastmasters Club at their regular club meeting day, time and location.
- Events that are not hosted by a Toastmasters Club, such as community events or events sponsored by other organizations, such as college career fairs, Farmers Markets, etc. do not qualify as a Toastmasters Club Open House
Purpose: there are two purposes of an Open House:
- To provide members with practice in collaboration and teamwork, building valuable skills that can be applied outside of Toastmasters as well as within the club, adding value for club members
- To grow the club by attracting new members
2019 Kick Off Open House & Welcome Back Open House Incentive
If you held an open house between January 1 and February 28 or March 1 – April 30, please submit your documentation for reimbursement to openhouse@d57tm.org before April 30.
New Clubs Award
Get rewarded for spreading the word about Toastmasters and helping to start new clubs!
If you serve as a new Club Sponsor or new Club Mentor, you will earn a $65 credit on the Toastmasters.org store. Celebrate the launch of a new club with music blaring through your new bluetooth speaker, sporting your Toastmasters jacket and much more.
Our District Leadership team will contact you after successfully sponsoring or mentoring a club to collect your reward.

Want to be an Epic club this year? Our club incentive program offers rewards tailored to your clubs goals. Every club has 2 personalized goals to accelerate your success this year. Earn a $25 reward for each goal. The reward can be used as an Open House reimbursement (up to $25) to invite guests and former members to celebrate your success OR a $25 Toastmasters.org gift certificate to buy supplies, ribbons, banners and more for your club.
To collect your award, send an email to awards@d57tm.org with the subject line Epic Club Incentive. Please include your club name and request for Open House Incentive or Toastmasters.org Gift Certificate for further redemption instructions..
Epic Club Incentive expire and must be requested and reimbursed by June 15, 2019. They do not roll over into the 2019-2020 year.
