If you’re starting the MCSP process, use this D57 MCSP form.
We now have two initial submissions of MCSP that have been declared final! We have set them up for digital signatures. One of them has been set up for over a week now. But only 4 out of 7 officers have signed their document so far (a signature takes just a couple of minutes to complete)!
So, some additional tips and strategies may be in order.
- Your “final” submission of the form is just the first milestone in the process for earning district bucks.
The second milestone is when the submission is set up for digital signature by the D57 MCSP Tech team.
The third milestone is when all the signatories sign the MCSP document.
District bucks are earned after the fourth milestone: Entering into the incentive tracker your completion of MCSP. - The submitter of the form should take on the pivotal responsibility for milestones one, three, and four. Milestone 2 is the district team’s responsibility, but even here the submitter should monitor and make sure the task is completed in a timely manner by the district.
- The submitter could advise all the club officers and the area director to expect email from eversign.com about signature as soon as they submit the final version of the MCSP and complete the first milestone.
- When they receive the email for their own signature, the submitter could urge all officers to look for their emails, reminding them about spam folder etc. The idea is that the document should be completely signed promptly.
It’s not the District’s responsibility to monitor clubs’ progress toward their third milestone. - When the third milestone is complete, the submitter could make sure that the fourth milestone is reached promptly; latest by Oct 31, but sooner the better.
If the submitter is unable to do all of the above, they can delegate the tasks suitably but someone from the club should be responsible.
For the sake of completeness, here are the tips we shared last week:
- Your submission can be edited. The confirmation web page as well as the confirmation email gives you a link to get back to your submission for editing. Save it carefully. Anyone with that link is supposed to be able to refine the entries. You can revise your form entries multiple times if needed.
- Note that on October 1, the form will stop accepting submissions, so please plan on making your final edits and also submitting those in September.
- If you have done your submission satisfactorily, and you consider it final, send an email to mcsp-tech@d57tm.org and let us know. We can start working on setting up your submission right away and not wait for the end of September. This is one way to avoid issues with not having an officer available to do the digital signature during Oct 15-31.
- Make sure the email addresses of all club officers and area director are accurate. Misdirected signature requests will be problematic.
- If you receive an email requesting your digital signature in an MCSP document, please follow the link in that email and respond promptly.
- If you are an Area Director, you will need to sign the MCSP submission from each of your clubs. As you are supposed to be checking the sanity of these submissions, do not sign until all other club officers have already signed the document. Your signature must complete the process for each of these documents.
Once again, if you’re starting the MCSP process, use this D57 MCSP form. If you have already submitted your MCSP and it’s final, please send an email (mcsp-tech@d57tm.org) advising us of that fact. We’ll set you up for signatures soon!
