Have you ever heard the saying: You grow in direct relation to the effort you invest? OK, I changed it up a bit. I think these words are more relevant to our experiences in Toastmasters. I mention this because I am having the best time ever co-sponsoring a new Club with Tiffany Dawn Jones! Time Travelers Toastmasters Club has already reinforced lessons like the importance of collecting family stories so that they don’t get lost and how we can build connections with others when we share our stories. Stepping outside our comfort zone really does result in growth. Do you have a passion?
