District Executive Committee Meeting (DECM)

Normally, the District Executive Committee Meetings (DECM) are held monthly on the 2nd Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., via Zoom The District 57 Trio will share information on the district’s current standing, initiatives, programs, and incentives that support member, club, and District growth. The January DECM will be on the 3rd Saturday due to Trio training. We will have updates from the Trio.

January: Area and Division Directors- learn more about the Area visit Reports.  What makes an Area visit report excellent? How to create a visit report that will help you help your clubs. 

We will have a Moments of Truth presentation- designed to help you help your clubs.

Finally, we are here to help you through pain points in setting up your contests. Bring any issues you may have. Plus, a quick report from the District officers.

The District Executive Committee (DEC) comprises the District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, District Public Relations Manager, District Administration Manager, District Finance Manager, Division Directors, Area Directors, and Immediate Past District Director.  All DEC members are encouraged to attend each meeting.
