Presidents and VPEs: Your presence is requested in order to hold our Business Meetings, so save the dates and be ready to vote online live  as we close out the business for 2025-2026. You’ll be attending one of the first two meetings in the list and the third as shown:

• 2026/205 (Divisions A, C (not C8), D only) – Thursday, April 23rd
• 2026/206 – (Divisions B, Area C8, E only) – Tuesday, May 5th
• (everyone) D57 Business Meeting – Thursday, May 14th (earlier  Town Hall date to be announced)

At least 45% of the clubs must be present to attain quorum (you may remember this from back in September).  Area Directors and Division Directors must also attend, as they also carry votes.
