Introducing Maureen Filler – Our New Calendar Master!

We’re thrilled to welcome Maureen Filler as the District 57 Calendar Manager! Maureen will ensure that our calendar stays current and reflects all the exciting events happening throughout the district.

Here’s how the process works:

1. Club, Area, Division, or Trio designs the event.
2. Event Organizer submits the event using the Event Submission Form on the District 57 website (link: Submit an event – District 57 Toastmasters.
3. Maureen Filler reviews the submission and posts it to the District Calendar.
4. The Digest Team pulls calendar events submitted by Friday at noon for inclusion in the weekly Digest e-blast.
5. If the organizer wants flyers or details shared on other platforms (e.g. social media, email, PR channels), they must send that information directly to the appropriate person on the PR team.
