The workshop outline is as below:
1) Introduction to Membership enhancement – 15 minutes. Bird eyes view of the toastmaster and guests’
2) Organize (15 minutes) – how to conduct quality meetings, how to interact with guests, how to design a formula that helps in bringing new members
3) Outshine (15 minutes)- learn the secret sauce to convert guests to Toastmasters, conducting high-quality, enjoyable club meetings
4) Outstand (15 minutes)- answering doubts, making the members feel loved, giving attention, power of explaining benefits properly.
