In your email, include your name, email address, phone number and all relevant information about the event, including any description, images, or attachments you want associated with your event. Area and Division Directors, please remember to include information about refreshments, parking, public transportation and any special notes.

Cancellations and Refund Policy: Cancellations and refund requests will not be accepted once registration closes. Cancellations will not be accepted on-site.
Video and Photography Policy: By attending D57 Events, attendees and speakers are hereby notified that their image or likeness in the form of live video, recorded video and still photography may be captured.
