Below is a list of frequently asked questions about the 2017 Fall Conference
Q: Where is the Fall Conference being held?
A: The Friday Night Showcase is held at The Brass Door at 2154 San Ramon Valley Blvd, San Ramon, CA 94583. The conference is hosted at the San Ramon Valley Conference Center at 3301 Crow Canyon Rd, San Ramon, CA 94583. Join us for an intimate dinner with our keynote speaker!
Q: When is the Fall Conference?
A: The Friday Night Showcase is the evening of Friday November 3rd from 6-9pm. The Conference begins the morning of Saturday November 4th.
Q: How can I register?
A: Please register here using Eventbrite. Contact the registration team at conference@d57tm.org for any assistance.
Q: How much does it cost to attend?
A: The Standard Conference Pass is $95. You have the opportunity to save by taking advantage of the $85 Early Bird Special until October 9. The Friday Night Showcase is $40.
Q: Are you looking for volunteers?
A: Absolutely! Contact Wing Lok, our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@d57tm.org or fill in our Volunteer form to get involved outside of your club.
Q: Are there accommodations available to sleep overnight at the San Ramon Valley Conference Center?
A: Yes, you can stay overnight at the San Ramon Conference Center for $89 + taxes per night on Friday and/or Saturday. You can book your lodging by calling the Conference Center directly at 925-866-7500.
