All of D57’s Winter Toastmaster Leadership Institutes (TLI) and Division Make-Up Trainings are now on the District 57 Calendar and open for enrollment (see dates and links below).
The TLI Invitational on Nov 21 was a fabulous success. It was designed especially for experienced officers and those looking to upgrade their leadership skills and bring that energy back to their clubs. If you missed that training, register for the January TLI at the link below. If for some reason you can’t attend on that date, register for one of the Make Up Trainings listed below.
Over 50% of our club officers have been to multiple TLI’s and even more of our officers are already leaders in their careers and community. Our mission: create training sessions that make the transition from Good into Great Leaders; one that can inspire them and have them think, “this was a great way to spend my Saturday (or evening for Make-Up Trainings)”.
We’re doing our part! Here’s your part and how YOU create value for yourself and your club(s):
- Get clear on where you want to grow your leadership. If you’re coming to TLI because you have to, or are supposed to, even if you’re coming for the DCP goal… well let’s be honest, that’s NOT leadership!
- Work with your members and your leadership team to find out what your club needs and come to TLI looking for answers and ideas that can make that happen.
- And finally, because we know many of you are already GOOD, strong leaders, come to TLI as both a STUDENT and a TEACHER.
Do it! The TLI’s are GROWING GOOD TO GREAT LEADERS! Is that YOU? We think it is.
