This is the time of year people return from vacation getaways and kids go back into the classroom. Join clubs across our District from Fremont to the Oregon border to welcome back our former members and guests into your Toastmasters classroom.
Having a District-wide Open House means it’s bigger and better. The more clubs involved, the more exciting and fun it is!
Pick a date. Post it below and then follow the helpful guidelines on how to hold an excellent open house. Remember to get everyone involved in your club to make it a success. Rely on Meetup and other social media channels to share how exciting your club and your open house is going. Market and promote your event in multiple places, multiple times. Welcome former members back from Summer vacations. Invite past guests to return. Have a contest and prizes to see which member can bring the most new guests. Print membership applications and fill in the club name and dollar amounts. Serve food. Have fun. Deliver a phenomenal guest and member experience. Post photos of your success. Experience Excellence!
